RED ROSE PROMISE AGREEMENT

 

1.   We promise no price increase for the period of one year.

 

2.  We promise to send you the same cleanician as long as she works for us. If she resigns, you will be called to discuss your new cleanician prior to her first clean at your home.

 

3.  We promise to reserve for you, your preferred day and time slot, whether it is weekly, bi-weekly or every four weeks.  If your clean falls on a holiday/vacation, you will be called to discuss an alternative day, or substitute cleanician.

 

4.  We promise to allow you to cancel any clean without a charge, providing you give us 24 hours notice, and we will even waive that notice in cases of sudden illnesses or emergencies that occur outside your control.  Cancellations at the door are frowned upon and incur a change of S25.00 to pay for your cleanician’s time to go there.  Since we always have a waiting list for cleans, your notice allows us to send your cleanician elsewhere and not lose a day’s work/pay.

 

5.  We promise you the right to cancel your cleaning service – this agreement is not a contract that binds you to use Red Rose Enterprises, LLC should you no longer want or need the service.  We ask that service cancellations have two weeks notice whenever possible.

 

6.  We promise to answer your telephone calls personally from 6 am to 11 pm daily, and promptly return all emails within minutes.  (We prefer that all communication occur during business hours, but we understand that things happen.)
